Challenge:
A banking institution faced the challenge of electronically capturing the results of an environmental and social risk questionnaire. Up until that point, this questionnaire was manually filled out on paper during credit executives' visits to clients. This manual process caused efficiency issues, information loss, and difficulties in analyzing the collected data.

Solution:
Working closely with the banking institution, we developed a customized technological solution to address this challenge. We conducted an analysis of the current process and proposed the development of a mobile application that would allow business executives to electronically capture the questionnaire data during their client visits. The mobile application was designed to work offline, ensuring its availability at any time and place, even in areas with limited connectivity.

Result:
The implementation of this technological solution yielded significant results for the banking institution. By eliminating the use of paper in the data capture process, greater efficiency was achieved, and problems associated with the loss or deterioration of physical forms were removed. Furthermore, standardizing the form within the mobile application ensured that all credit executives had the same updated version, avoiding confusion and errors.
